Executive Chef, Paul Rowley, needs no introduction, having cooked for some rather well-known clients, including Status Quo, Katherine Jenkins and Prince Charles, to name just a few. He has had a long and prestigious involvement in the food industry with involvement in hotels, events, exhibitions and food education. As well as Rowley’s restaurant, Paul also has his own outside catering firm, Rowley’s Offside and writes for the food column of the Blackpool Gazette.
With an emphasis on ‘big hearty flavours’, fresh local ingredients and an ever changing seasonal menu, this is a place you’ll want to visit over and over again. Look out for the daily specials which take into account whatever produce is in season, or revisit your favourites from the main menu.
Rowley’s is on the 2nd floor of the Blackpool FC Hotel and offers 120 covers for residents of the hotel and non-residents, so it is usually best to book if you’d like to dine with us!
